The General meeting of the Ladies of Charity of Metropolitan Kansas City was held at Cure’ of Ars Church in Leawood, Kansas on Thursday, February 2nd, 2017. Mass was celebrated by the reverend Michael Mulhearn, CM., spiritual advisor for the organization. During the Mass, Father Mulhearn installed the new 2017-18 Board: President Karen Leimer, and Board Officers in a candlelight ceremony. After Mass, the outgoing co-presidents, Eleanor Raggett and Anita Dunn conducted the business meeting in the Fr. Burak room and presented the President’s Annual Report to the members. The meeting was followed by a delicious luncheon for all who attended.
